Shopping & Orders
How do I place an order online?
Browse our products at vapingtheway.ca, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You can check out as a guest or create an account to track your orders and earn rewards. We accept Visa, Mastercard, e-Transfer (EMT), and Google Pay.
Do I need to create an account to order?
No, guest checkout is available. However, creating an account lets you track orders, view your purchase history, and take advantage of our rewards program. You can register at any time through the "My Account" link on our website.
Can I pick up my order in-store?
Yes! In-store pickup is available at all of our locations. Online in-store orders are typically ready within 10 minutes of placing the order during business hours, unless an item is out of stock. Just provide staff with your name and order number when you arrive.
Shipping & Delivery
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free Canada-wide shipping on all orders over $75.00. For orders under $75.00, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
How long does shipping take?
Please allow 1-2 business day for order processing. Shipping time is typically 2–11 business days depending on your location within Canada.
Do you offer local delivery?
Yes! We offer free same-day delivery in Regina, Saskatchewan, Monday through Friday. Orders must be placed during business hours to qualify for same-day delivery.
Do you ship outside of Canada?
At this time, we only ship within Canada.
Is age verification required for deliveries?
Yes. By law, government-issued photo ID is required for all shipped orders. The recipient must be of legal age (18+ in Saskatchewan) to accept the delivery.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. All refunds are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you are responsible for return shipping.
Can I return e-liquid?
No. E-liquid is non-returnable whether opened or not. This applies to all e-liquid products including bottled e-liquid, pre-filled pods, and disposable vapes.
What if I receive a defective product?
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you believe you've received a defective item, please email us at info@vapingtheway.ca and we'll arrange an exchange for the same product. Defective items should be reported as soon as possible after receiving your order.
Where do I send returns?
All returns should be mailed to: 1414C Lorne St, Regina, SK S4R 2K4. Please email us before sending any returns so we can provide further instructions.

What are your store hours?
Hours vary by location. Many of our locations are open as late as 11:00 PM for your convenience. Check the Store Locator for the specific hours of your nearest location.
Can I get product recommendations in-store?
Absolutely. Our staff are knowledgeable about every product we carry and are happy to help you find the right device, flavour, or nicotine strength based on your preferences. Just ask — that's what we're here for.
Products & Vaping Basics
What types of products do you carry?
We carry a full range of vaping products including disposable vapes, pre-filled pod systems (STLTH, Level X, OXBAR, Pop Pods, and more), bottled e-liquids (freebase and salt nicotine), refillable hardware (pod systems, starter kits, tanks), replacement coils and pods, and batteries and chargers.
What's the difference between a disposable and a pod system?
Disposable vapes are single-use devices that come pre-filled and pre-charged — simply use them and recycle when finished. Pod systems are rechargeable devices that use replaceable pre-filled or refillable pods, making them more cost-effective over time and producing less waste.
What are freebase and salt nicotine e-liquids?
Freebase nicotine is the traditional form of nicotine used in e-liquids. It's available in a range of strengths (typically 0mg, 3mg, 6mg, and 12mg) and is best suited for higher-powered devices. Salt nicotine (nic salt) uses a modified form of nicotine that delivers a smoother throat hit at higher strengths (typically 10mg and 20mg) and is designed for lower-powered pod systems.
What nicotine strength should I choose?
This depends on your personal preference and how much you vape. If you're new to vaping or transitioning from smoking, a higher nicotine strength in a low-powered pod system is a good starting point. If you prefer larger clouds and more vapour, a lower nicotine freebase liquid in a higher-powered device may be a better fit. Our in-store staff can help you find the right balance.
What are PG and VG?
PG (propylene glycol) and VG (vegetable glycerin) are the two base ingredients in e-liquid. PG provides a stronger throat hit and carries flavour well, while VG produces thicker, more visible vapour and has a slightly sweet taste. Most e-liquids use a blend of both, with the majority favouring a higher VG ratio.
Age Restrictions & Legal
Is there an age requirement to purchase vaping products?
Yes. It is illegal for anyone under the age of 18 to purchase vaping products in Saskatchewan. Valid government-issued photo ID is required for all purchases, both in-store and online.
Can I vape in public?
Vaping regulations vary by municipality. Many cities and towns in Saskatchewan restrict vaping in public spaces, workplaces, and enclosed areas. Even where it isn't explicitly prohibited, private property owners may set their own rules. We recommend checking your local bylaws and always being respectful of those around you.
