What is your delivery area?
We offer delivery to all addresses within Regina city limits.
What does delivery cost?
Orders over $75.00 qualify for free delivery. A flat $8.79 delivery fee applies to orders under $75.00.
What are your delivery hours?
Deliveries are made Monday through Friday between 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM. We do not deliver on weekends or statutory holidays — orders placed outside business days will go out on the next available business day.
Can I receive my order the same day?
Absolutely. Orders placed before 3:00 PM on a business day are eligible for same-day delivery.
Will I need to show ID?
Yes. A valid government-issued photo ID confirming legal age is required at the time of delivery.
A note on driver safety We have a zero-tolerance policy for any form of abuse or disrespect directed at our delivery drivers. We reserve the right to refuse service.

Yes we ship to all provinces and territories.

Shipping is free on orders over $75.00. For orders under $75.00, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Expect delivery within 2–11 business days, depending on your location.
How quickly do you process orders?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are shipped on business days only — no weekend processing.
Can you ship to a PO Box?
Yes. All PO Box orders are shipped through Canada Post.
Is age verification required for shipped orders?
Yes. You may be asked to provide proof of legal age upon delivery.
In-Store Pick-Up
How soon can I pick up my order?
Most orders are ready within 10 minutes during regular business hours, provided all items are in stock.
What should I bring?
Please have your order confirmation number and a valid government-issued photo ID ready when you arrive.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Due to health, safety, and regulatory requirements, all products are considered final sale.
Can I exchange an unopened product?
Unopened items may qualify for an exchange within 30 days of purchase, subject to inspection and approval by our team.
What if my order arrived damaged or incorrect?
Please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery or pick-up, and we'll arrange a replacement or resolution.

Warranty & Defective Products
Are products covered by a warranty?
Electronic devices may carry a manufacturer's warranty. Coverage varies by product category:
E-liquids and hardware:
Covered by a 30-day limited warranty from the date of purchase.
Disposable vapes and pre-filled pods:
Covered by a 14-day warranty from the date the product is received.
Opened e-liquids:
Not eligible for warranty or exchange.
What should I do if my device is defective?
Report any defects within 48 hours of receiving your order. After that window, warranty claims may need to be directed to the manufacturer.
What isn't covered?
Warranty coverage applies exclusively to manufacturing defects. Damage resulting from misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear is not covered. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
Age Requirement
Valid government-issued proof of minimum legal age is required for all deliveries, shipments, and in-store pick-ups.
