Free same-day delivery within Regina city limits on orders over $75.00, Monday through Friday. Orders under $75.00 ship for a flat $8.79.
Where do you deliver locally?
We deliver anywhere within Regina city limits. All local deliveries are handled by our own drivers — not a third-party courier.
How much does local delivery cost?
Free on orders over $75.00.
$8.79 flat fee on orders under $75.00.
Can I get same-day delivery?
Yes. Place your order before 3:00 PM on a business day and it will be delivered that same day between 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM.
Do you deliver on weekends or holidays?
No. Local deliveries run Monday through Friday only. Orders placed on weekends or statutory holidays will be delivered on the next business day.
Is ID required at the door?
Yes. A valid government-issued photo ID proving legal age is required at the time of delivery. Our drivers cannot release an order without verifying age.
What is your driver safety policy?
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for abuse or disrespect toward our delivery drivers. Service may be refused at our discretion.

We ship to every province and territory in Canada. Free regular shipping on orders over $75.00 — rates for smaller orders are calculated at checkout.

Free regular shipping on orders over $75.00.
Orders under $75.00 — shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.
How long does shipping take?
Estimated delivery time is 2–11 business days, depending on your location. Orders within Saskatchewan and neighbouring provinces typically arrive at the faster end of that range.
When will my order ship?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.
Do you ship on weekends?
No. Orders are processed and shipped on business days only. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed the following Monday.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Yes. PO Box orders are shipped via Canada Post only.
Is age verification required for shipped orders?
Yes. Proof of legal age may be required upon delivery, depending on the carrier and your province's regulations.

Most orders are ready within 10 minutes during regular business hours. If an item is temporarily out of stock, we'll contact you before your pick-up time.

Due to health, safety, and regulatory requirements, most vaping products are final sale. Please review the details below before placing your order.
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of vaping products and Health Canada regulations, most products are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund. We encourage you to reach out to our team before purchasing if you have any questions about a product.
Can unopened items be returned or exchanged?
Unopened items may be eligible for exchange within 30 days of purchase, subject to inspection and approval by our team. Items must be in their original, sealed packaging.
What if I received the wrong or damaged item?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or pick-up. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if possible. We'll arrange a replacement or resolution as quickly as we can.

🛡️ Warranty & Defective Products

All warranty claims require proof of purchase. Coverage applies to manufacturer defects only — not misuse, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear.
Do products come with a warranty?
Electronic devices may include a manufacturer warranty. Warranty periods vary by product category — see the questions below for specifics.
What is the warranty on e-liquids and hardware?
E-liquids (unopened) and hardware devices are covered by a 30-day limited warranty from the date of purchase. Opened e-liquids are not eligible for warranty or exchange.
What is the warranty on disposables and pre-filled pods?
Disposable vapes and pre-filled pods are covered by a 14-day warranty from the date you receive the product.
What if my device is defective?
Report defective items within 48 hours of receiving your order. After this initial window, warranty claims may need to be handled directly with the manufacturer. Contact us with your order number and a description of the issue.
What is NOT covered under warranty?
Warranty coverage does not include:
• Misuse or improper handling
• Accidental damage (drops, liquid exposure)
• Normal wear and tear
• Opened e-liquids

Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
