We deliver anywhere within Regina city limits. All local deliveries are handled by our own drivers, not a third party courier.

What is the warranty on disposables and prefilled pods?
Disposable vapes and prefilled pods are covered by a 14-day warranty from the date you receive the product.
What if my device is defective?
Report dead on arrival items within 48 hours of receiving your order for the fastest resolution. Beyond that window, hardware is covered by our 30-day limited warranty and disposables and prefilled pods by our 14-day warranty. Claims after the warranty period may be referred directly to the manufacturer. Contact us with your order number and a description of the issue.
What is NOT covered under warranty?
Warranty coverage does not include:
• Misuse or improper handling
