Where do you deliver locally?
We deliver anywhere within Regina city limits. All local deliveries are handled by our own drivers, not a third party courier.

Can I get same-day delivery?
Yes. Place your order before 3:00 PM on a business day and it will be delivered that same day between 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM.
Do you deliver on weekends or holidays?
No. Local deliveries run Monday through Friday only. Orders placed on weekends or statutory holidays will be delivered on the next business day.
Is ID required at the door?
Yes. A valid government issued photo ID proving legal age is required at the time of delivery. Our drivers cannot release an order without verifying age.
What is your driver safety policy?
We maintain a zero tolerance policy for abuse or disrespect toward our delivery drivers. Service may be refused at our discretion.

We ship to every province and territory in Canada. Free regular shipping on orders over $75.00. Rates for smaller orders are calculated at checkout.

How long does shipping take?
Estimated delivery time is 2 to 11 business days, depending on your location. Orders within Saskatchewan and neighbouring provinces typically arrive at the faster end of that range.
When will my order ship?
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.
Do you ship on weekends?
No. Orders are processed and shipped on business days only. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed the following Monday.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Yes. PO Box orders are shipped via Canada Post only.
Is age verification required for shipped orders?
Yes. Proof of legal age may be required upon delivery, depending on the carrier and your province's regulations.

Consumables (disposables, e-liquids, pods and coils) are final sale. Unused devices can be returned within 30 days, subject to a 20% restocking fee. Full details are in our Payment, Returns & Store Policy.

Consumables are final sale. Disposable vapes, e-liquids, pods, coils, external batteries and clearance items cannot be returned, for health, safety and regulatory reasons.
Unused devices (pod kits, mods, starter kits and tanks) can be returned for a refund within 30 days of purchase if they are unused, in original packaging with all accessories, and come with proof of purchase. Approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Do you offer exchanges?
Exchanges are offered for defective items only, where replacement stock is available. We can't exchange items for change of mind, flavour preference or an incorrect selection, so please reach out to our team before purchasing if you have questions about a product.
What if I received the wrong or damaged item?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if possible. We'll arrange a replacement or resolution as quickly as we can.

🛡️ Warranty & Defective Products
All warranty claims require proof of purchase. Coverage applies to manufacturer defects only, not misuse, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear.
Do products come with a warranty?
Electronic devices may include a manufacturer warranty. Warranty periods vary by product category. See the questions below for specifics.
What is the warranty on e-liquids and hardware?
E-liquids (unopened) and hardware devices are covered by a 30-day limited warranty from the date of purchase. Opened e-liquids are not eligible for warranty or exchange.
What is the warranty on disposables and prefilled pods?
Disposable vapes and prefilled pods are covered by a 14-day warranty from the date you receive the product.
What if my device is defective?
Report dead on arrival items within 48 hours of receiving your order for the fastest resolution. Beyond that window, hardware is covered by our 30-day limited warranty and disposables and prefilled pods by our 14-day warranty. Claims after the warranty period may be referred directly to the manufacturer. Contact us with your order number and a description of the issue.
What is NOT covered under warranty?
Warranty coverage does not include:
• Misuse or improper handling
• Accidental damage (drops, liquid exposure)
• Normal wear and tear
• Opened e-liquids
