  • Estimated Delivery (Canada): 2–11 business days depending on location
  • Local Regina, Saskatchewan deliveries: Same day delivery (business days only)
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays: ship the next business day.

Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or peak seasons.

Does it come with a warranty?

  • E-liquids and hardware: products are covered by a 30-day limited warranty from the date of purchase.
  • Disposable vapes and pre-filled pods: covered by a 14-day warranty from date of receiving product.
  • Open E-liquids: Not eligible for warranty or exchange

Warranty applies to manufacturer defects only (not misuse, accidental damage, or normal wear) Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims

What happens if I don't like it?

  • Due to health, safety, and sanitary regulations, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on products simply because you do not like them.
  • No returns or exchanges on opened e-liquids, disposable vapes, or pre-filled pods due to taste, performance preference, or personal dissatisfaction
  • All sales are final unless the product is defective and covered under our warranty policy
  • We encourage customers to ask staff for recommendations before purchasing
